Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Perception Dynamics Inc. (a Delaware corporation), the company behind AllMCP (allmcp.co). By creating an account or using AllMCP, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
We've written these Terms in plain English on purpose. Section headings are part of the Terms, not decoration.
1. What AllMCP is (and isn't)
AllMCP is a multi-tenant MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint at https://go.allmcp.co/mcp/. It lets your AI agent call tools on third-party SaaS providers you have connected — Bitrix24, Google Sheets, AmoCRM, YouGile, SalesDrive, Binotel, Google Ads, Altegio, and others.
AllMCP is an intermediary. Your agent's request passes through us to the provider; the provider's response passes back to your agent. We do not store the content of those calls (see Section 6).
Two consequences of that:
- Providers' terms also bind you. When you connect a provider through AllMCP, you are still using that provider's API, and its own terms of service apply to you. AllMCP does not exempt you from them, and we can't grant you rights a provider hasn't given you.
- We don't control providers. If a provider changes its API, rate-limits you, or suspends your account, tools that depend on it may stop working. That relationship is between you and the provider.
One design note worth knowing: our tool catalog and tool schemas are public by design (the tool list can be fetched without authentication). Your credentials and your data are not public — only the catalog is.
2. Accounts
Sign-in is passwordless. You sign in with Google or GitHub. We never create or store passwords. You are responsible for keeping your Google or GitHub account secure, because it is the key to your AllMCP account.
Authority to bind. If you use AllMCP on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" means that organization.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
API keys. When you create an API key, we show you the raw key once and store only a SHA-256 hash of it. Treat keys like passwords. Anything done with your keys is attributed to your account, so revoke a key immediately (in the dashboard) if you think it has leaked. MCP connector access tokens we mint are revocable in the dashboard; revocation is immediate for new refreshes and takes effect within 60 minutes for outstanding access tokens.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use AllMCP to:
- Abuse upstream providers — violate a provider's terms, hammer its API, evade its rate limits, or use it in ways it prohibits.
- Handle unlawful data — send, retrieve, or process data you have no legal right to, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Circumvent our limits — bypass or manipulate rate limits, quotas, or billable-call metering (for example, by splitting traffic across accounts to dodge the free-tier cap).
- Resell without consent — resell, sublicense, or white-label AllMCP without our prior written consent.
- Attack the service — probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without permission, or attempt to access another customer's tenant, credentials, or data.
- Use credentials you aren't authorized to use — only connect provider accounts you or your organization legitimately control.
If you violate this section, we may suspend or terminate your access (Section 8).
4. Free tier and fair use
- The free tier includes 20,000 billable provider tool calls per month.
- System and discovery calls are never billed and never count toward that quota. Calls like
list_providers, describe_category, and connect_provider — the calls your agent makes to find and connect tools — are free, always. We will not quietly reclassify them. - Rate limits apply as a fair-use measure to keep the service healthy for everyone. Automated traffic that degrades the service for others may be throttled.
- AllMCP operates as a non-profit. There is no paid plan, and none is planned. If the free-tier limit is in your way, contact us at
/contact and we will raise your limits — typically doubling or tripling them — at no charge.
We may change free-tier limits, but we will give notice before reducing them (Section 11).
5. Availability — we're early
AllMCP is a young service. We do not yet offer an SLA or uptime guarantee. We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, upstream provider outages, or problems on our side.
If you need contractual uptime commitments today, AllMCP is not yet the right fit — talk to us at support@allmcp.co.
6. Your data — ownership and our role
Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the data your agents move through AllMCP and to the data in your connected providers. We claim no ownership and take only the license needed to relay your requests and operate the service.
We are a conduit, not a warehouse. AllMCP does not store the content of tool calls. No CRM records, spreadsheets, or messages are persisted on our systems. What we do keep is usage metadata: client/organization/user identifiers, provider, tool name, duration, and status — plus upstream error strings truncated to 1,000 characters, which may quote fragments of a provider's error text. That's the honest, complete list.
Provider credentials (the OAuth tokens and API keys you connect) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, are never written to logs, and are used only to serve your own tool calls.
GDPR roles. For personal data your agents process through AllMCP, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement at allmcp.co/legal/dpa is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs that processing. For your own account data (your email and sign-in identity), we are the controller — see our Privacy Policy at allmcp.co/legal/privacy.
7. Intellectual property
We own AllMCP — the software, service, documentation, and trademarks. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. They transfer no ownership to you.
You own everything of yours: your data, your agents, your connected accounts.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything — though we appreciate them.
8. Termination
By you. Delete your account self-serve, anytime, from the dashboard. On deletion, your API keys and connector grants are revoked immediately. Your account data is hard-purged after a 7-day grace window (we email you a link to cancel the deletion during that window). After purge, usage logs are pseudonymized — user and organization references removed — and retained for accounting purposes for 24 months. A deleted account frees its email address for re-signup.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms (especially Section 3), if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we're required to by law. We will give you notice where practicable, and where the problem is fixable we'll try to give you a chance to fix it before terminating. For urgent abuse — ongoing attacks, credential misuse — we may suspend first and notify after.
Sections 6 (data ownership), 7, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
AllMCP is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party provider will remain available or compatible.
Your agent, your actions. AI agents using your API keys and connector grants act with the permissions you gave them. You are responsible for what your agents do through AllMCP — including data they read, write, or delete in your connected providers. Configure your agents accordingly.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US $100 if you are on the free tier.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-dashboard notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you don't, delete your account before then. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
